compartmentofsuitablesize.

–Ensurethatventilationholesarenotobstructed.

Allowadequateseparationofequipment.

Anyspecicrequirementsforeachsystem

componentareprovidedlaterinthischapter.

•Mountingsurface

Ensureequipmentisadequatelysupportedona

securesurface.Donotmountunitsorcutholesin

placeswhichmaydamagethestructureofthevessel.

Ensuretheunitismountedinalocationwhichallows

properroutingandconnectionofcables:

–Minimumbendradiusof100mm(3.94in)unless

otherwisestated.
